Welcome to WHIPDRIP. By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
ABOUT US
WHIPDRIP is a sole-proprietor venture based in Kottayam, Kerala, India, designing and selling automotive-inspired streetwear on a print-on-demand basis.
ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or ordering under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However:
- Colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual product
- Certain product and lifestyle images on our website are digitally created or AI-generated for illustrative and creative purposes. Actual product design, fabric, and print will match production standards described on the product page. Please see our Content Disclosure page for details.
ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
All orders are printed on demand once payment is confirmed (or, for COD, once the order is confirmed).
Cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet entered production. To cancel, contact us immediately at ironical.ethic@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7306352276.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailable stock. In such cases, any amount already charged will be refunded in full.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. As WHIPDRIP is currently below the GST registration threshold, GST is not charged separately, and orders are billed at the displayed price.
Payment is currently accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment methods will be added in due course.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on eligible refunds and replacements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, text, images, and content on this website are the property of WHIPDRIP or are used with appropriate licenses. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
WHIPDRIP is not liable for:
- Delays or failures caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government actions, or events beyond our reasonable control
- Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you at checkout
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products
Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
