SHIPPING POLICY

Every WHIPDRIP order is printed on demand — we make it after you order it. This is what allows us to keep every piece limited, considered, and made specifically for you rather than mass-produced.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders are dispatched from our production partner within 5–7 business days of order confirmation.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery timeline across India is 8–14 business days from order date (dispatch + transit combined).

Some regions may take slightly longer than the standard window:
- Northeast states (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura)
- Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh
- Remote hill stations and border districts

Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep: at the moment, delivery to these regions is fulfilled only via India Post prepaid service and is not available on Cash on Delivery. Timelines to these regions can extend to 15–25 business days.

If your area experiences delays due to weather, festivals, courier disruptions, or events outside our control, we kindly ask for your patience — we track every order and will keep you informed.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. WHIPDRIP is not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-shipping a returned order will require a fresh order and shipping payment.
