REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Every WHIPDRIP piece is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, colour preference, or change of mind. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.

WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
- You received a completely different item, size, or design than what you ordered
- The item has a manufacturing defect (loose stitching, fabric flaw, print peeling within normal wash conditions)

WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE
- Size does not fit as expected (please use the size chart)
- Colour looks different on screen vs in person (natural variation)
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Damage caused by improper washing or use

HOW TO RAISE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT REQUEST
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ironical.ethic@gmail.com with the following:
1. Your order number
2. A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened
3. Photographs of the defect, damage, or misprint from multiple angles
4. Photograph of the original packaging

The unboxing video is required — claims without it cannot be processed by our production partner.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once verified, we will either replace your item at no extra cost (recommended and fastest) or process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be entertained.
